The Advisory Panel met to assess the capabilities for responding to terrorist incidents in the U.S. homeland involving weapons of mass destruction. This was the Commission’s last working meeting The fifth and final Report was released December 15, 2003.

Over 1,200 corporate executives and government officials attended this premier event in 2003 on homeland security.
